Soccer Strength & Injury Prevention Program

Female Coach demonstrates a hinge exercise with a barbell in a landmine set up to three young female soccer players

Helping youth soccer players build strength, speed, and resilience while reducing injury risk.

Led by licensed physical therapists with experience working with youth athletes, active adults, and professional soccer players.

Why This Program Matters

Soccer requires repeated sprinting, cutting, jumping, and rapid changes of direction. Many young athletes never receive structured training in the strength and movement skills that support these demands.

This program helps athletes develop:

• Strength
• Balance and coordination
• Speed and agility
• Proper jumping and landing mechanics
• Injury prevention strategies
