How It Works

  • We start with a conversation—in person or virtually— about you, your goals, sport/lifestyle demands, and challenges you’re facing. This is also your chance to ask questions and make sure working together feels like the right fit.

  • Your first session is a deep-dive, one-on-one evaluation. We’ll look at your movement, strength, mobility, and the specific demands of your sport or daily life. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what’s going on, why it’s happening, and a plan forward.

  • From there, we’ll meet regularly (in-person or virtually) for one-on-one sessions. Each session is tailored to you — combining targeted exercises, hands-on care, and progressive loading to build strength, resilience, and confidence.

  • The ultimate goal isn’t just “no pain” — it’s getting you back to doing what you love without fear of setbacks. Whether that’s competing, chasing your kids, or hitting the gym, we’ll make sure you’re fully prepared to return stronger than before.
