Smart athletes use rehab to:

➡️Stay consistent during high-volume blocks
➡️Build durability instead of constantly “starting over”

It means making sure your body can handle what you’re asking of it.

For CrossFit and HYROX athletes, recovery should:

• push through
• earn rest
• soreness = success

But recovery isn’t

💥 pain they’re “pushing through”

No daily maxes.

Just consistent work you can actually repeat.
