Make Your Comeback
Game Plan
We work together, as a team, to figure out what is hurting, what may be contributing, establish goals and checkpoints for recovery, and create a plan we can both commit to for getting you back in action.
Restoration
In this phase, we focus on decreasing your pain and restoring basic mobility and stability.
Performance Preparation
Here we gradually build tolerance to all the things you need for your sport: running, jumping, cutting, impact, explosion, acceleration/deceleration, rotational power, energy system capacity (conditioning), and other sport- and position-specific demands so you can return with high performance capabilities and decreased risk of re-injury!
Stay in the Game
Athlete Wellness Audit
Optimize your sports performance and diminish the likelihood of season-ending injuries with a comprehensive injury risk assessment.
Foundational Strength, Mobility, & Techniques
In this phase, we address any glaring deficits in strength or mobility and learn foundational techniques for jumping, landing, squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and recovery practices.
Build Strength, Power, Speed, & Conditioning
We continue from the foundations phase into more advanced focuses on strength, power, speed, and conditioning, depending on the individual’s goals and demands of their sport/position.
